How to Start a Gratitude Journal

Many people find that it’s best to sit down for about 15 minutes before going to sleep each night in order to reflect on your day.

You can write as many things as you’d like. Three to five should be enough, but feel free to add more.

You can write down just a few words or you can elaborate and write about the reasons for your gratitude. Do what feels right to you.
